About Lady J
Hello, Let me introduce myself. I refer to myself as Lady J because I always attempt to behave like a lady, and my first name starts with J. I am 74 years of age. My goal here is to assist women in becoming the best versions of themselves. I am continually working to improve myself. This is an everyday endeavor. I have lived with depression for 66 years, and recently, a veil was lifted. I don't pretend to be a trained mental health professional of any kind. When I speak of mental health issues, these are issues that I have lived with.
I have 2 adult children, 4 grandchildren, and 3 great-grandchildren. I live alone in a suburb in Michigan. I have a master's degree in Healthcare Administration.
